decent stay overall
the room was clean and large. i had a sea front room and the view was good. i found that to be the best feature.
the blankets and pillows had stains. the hotel service was not great and employees were not friendly. i think they need more training.

I saw the sunrise from my window, it was very nice! the staff is so nice and helpful. Many activities are available, such as sports and fun games! a lot of restaurants have various types of food, like asian, egyptian, and european, i loved it so much! the rooms are super clean and cozy.

helpful staff delicious food dated equipment furniture stains
the resort included many pools, and the staff helped locate seats near them. the food provided had many options. ahmed in the restaurant made virgin mojitos and was very patient with the children. reception also helped with our needs.
the gym equipment looked dated. the room furniture had stains. i found the bathroom cleanliness lacking. i noticed the equipment was showing signs of wear.

elegant resort unique design
the staff greeted us with smiles and helped arrange a birthday celebration. the interior design stood out and created a unique atmosphere. i also appreciated the variety of food offered after a long day at the beach.
the room i stayed in was spacious, but the cleanliness was lacking with stains on the furniture. the bathroom also showed wear and wasn't cleaned properly. i found these issues detracted from the overall experience.
